In her attempts to be politically correct - she fell over the edge of reason. The whole point of immigration is to adopt a new country, and hopefully, abide by that country's laws. The judge forgot what her position entailed. posted by: evilmammoth (reply) post date: 03.29.07 (11:05 am) The German court system should, by all rights, be able to turn this case over immediately. Beating a woman and deciding a case based on anything but German law is illegal. The judge should be reprimanded or relieved of her duties, and this poor woman should be allowed to engage in criminal proceedings against her husband. There was a case like this in Oklahoma a couple of months back where a judge was relieved of her duty for declining to issue a prison sentence for a convicted child molester. Her basis for issuing supervised probation in lieu of jail time was that the man was too short to survive in a penitentiary. |
