The video fails to mention who controled congress in 1995.

The One Hundred Fourth United States Congress was a meeting of the legislative branch of the United States federal government, composed of the United States Senate and the United States House of Representatives. It met in Washington, DC from January 3, 1995 to January 3, 1997, during the last two years of the first term of U.S. President Bill Clinton.
Apportionment of seats in this House of Representatives was based on the twenty-first census of the United States in 1990. Both chambers had Republican majorities. "Info was from Wikipeda." I'm sure you're aware that Clinton signed the bill in the video. What the video fails to mention is Congress wrote the bill that Clinton signed and what policital party was in charge of the both houses of Congress? The GOP. I hope you know that the party in charge of Congress writes the provisions for the bill, it is the GOP who wrote this reinvestment act bill in 1995 not the the Democrats.

Carter's idea. But the GOP in 1995 twisted Carter's orginal idea to help, the mortage business.

Ok, fair enough. Republicans that did this should be prosecuted as well.
Currently, there is a Democrat majority in Washington. And they'll fix this how?

As an aside, how do YOU think we should fix this? I think we should just let them fail. Where exactly does the Constitution give the "Government" power to bail out private businesses? Can you say "New Deal?" That worked out so well...
