Nothing you said is factual it's all hypothetical several things you mention is just what the plan is design to prevent. Right now your health care is determined by an actuary risk statistician and not by health care providers so you would be better off with Obama plan because the decision will be made by doctors. Who gives a dam about the private sector look what they did to the finance and banking industry. Health care should not be at the expense of the private market it is a right and should be gauranteed to all citizenz.

Take me point by point through exactly what is "not factual," and provide me with a fact that isn't sourced on DU, Daily KOS, or NPR. I'll wait right here.
More importantly, have you even READ the damn thing? I mean all of it?

I am not sure what system they are trying to set up. But here in Aust we have a government based system. You can opt in or out of private care. It seems to work very fairly. I think its a 1.5% of income which is deductible if you go into private care. Your society even though it's rich seems a little barbaric in that it doesn't take care of its own.
I have had to have a couple of basic operations which if it wasn't for public health i could not have afforded.
My quality of life was improved immensely allowing me to continue to make worthwhile contributions to society.
